Privacy Policy

Who we are

Dela Cruz Place Mini Resort ("we", "us") operates this website and the Dela Cruz Place Mini Resort Facebook page. This policy explains what information we collect when you inquire or book with us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Booking details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), visit date, package, number of guests, and any notes you add to a booking request.

Messages you send us: inquiries and conversations on our Facebook page (Messenger), WhatsApp, or SMS.

Payment records: down payments are processed by PayMongo, a licensed payment processor. We never see or store your card, GCash, or Maya credentials - we only receive confirmation of the amount paid.

How we use your information

To manage your reservation: confirm availability, hold your slot, collect the down payment, and contact you about your visit.

To answer your questions: messages sent to our Facebook page may receive an automated reply generated with the help of an AI assistant (Google Gemini). Conversation text is shared with Google to generate those replies. A human staff member can take over the conversation at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept while they are needed to manage reservations and our accounts. Messenger conversation context used by the assistant is kept only briefly to maintain the flow of the conversation.

Data deletion requests

You can ask us to delete your booking records and messages at any time: send us a message on the Facebook page, or text/WhatsApp 0969 010 8814, including the name and mobile number you booked with. We will delete your records within 7 days and confirm once done.

If you contacted us through Facebook, you can also delete your side of the conversation in Messenger at any time.
